Services We Provide

Therapeutic Massage Therapy targets specific muscles utilising advanced massage techiques. This approach is great for the relief of trigger points, subacute and chronic pain. These sessions focus on muscle dysfunction and postural imbalances and may include specific stretching and exercises to assist the soft tissue work carried out during the session.


Sports Massage is designed to help you prepare for an upcoming event and/or aid recovery after a workout or competition. Utilising a sports massage therapist as a part of your training program can help you to reduce the chances of injury and speed up your recovery times. Join the growing number of top athletes and amateur sports people around the world that are discovering the benefits of sports massage.

Relaxation Massage is a soft flowing style of massage that allows the body and mind to let go of tension and stress. Perfect for those who want some time-out for themselves or can make the perfect gift for a friend or member of your family.

We're located in the heart of Anglesea Clinic, within the Sports centre at Gate 2.
Anglesea Clinic's integrated environment enables us to utilise other medical and allied health professionals which include Physiotherapists, Sports Medicine Professionals and Podiatrists.

Our friendly staff include:
Sally Anderson - Sally works as a massage therapist for the NZ Cricket Team and Western Force Super 14 when they are in Hamilton. She also helps out with the Chiefs massage team and has worked with the All Blacks. Sally's interests include health, fitness and well being.

Karen Lowe - Remedial Massage Therapist (RMT) - BSc Sports Therapy (hons); Post Grad Cert in Sport & Exercise Science.
Karen uses advanced massage therapy techniques that focus on muscular dysfunction and postural imbalances as a result of Occupational, Lifestyle or Sporting related stresses or injuries. In order to help achieve her client's goals Karen utilises specific exercise interventions or, where appropriate, the use of other allied medical health practitioners to assist with soft tissue work carried out during the session. Karen is a member of Sport & Exercise Science NZ and is a Musculoskeletal Exercise Rehabilitation Intern.

Our opening hours are:

Monday 9.00am to 6.00pm
Tuesday 8.30am to 6.00pm
Wednesday 8.30am to 6.00pm
Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

8am to 5pm Mon-Thu, and 8am to 4pm Friday
